The perfect mix of yoga and Barre-Fusion for a workout. Athletic and dynamic exercises from Barre training combined with the precision of movement and harmonization of body and mind in yoga. Muscles and ligaments are stretched and strengthened and the mobility of the spine and joints is improved. This course is the perfect mix to strengthen the muscle corset and, at the same time, give the body length and flexibility.

Barre-Yoga is suitable for all fitness levels. Maximum of 9 participants in the class.
