Perspiration

Cardio & Barre is a great mixture of cardio elements and classical Barre-Fusion exercises to motivating music.

This class starts by increasing the heart rate through dynamic exercises on the barre and on the mat, thereby effectively stimulating the metabolism.

The training continues with barre exercises for defined abs and buttocks and a slim shilouette. An important part of the workout is also stretching at the barre or on the mat, promoting more flexibility.

The class is suitable for all fitness levels. Maximum of 10 participants.
