Your heart craves nourishment and sometimes that involves pausing and taking a good look at what’s holding us back. We can’t be brave in the big world without at least one safe space to work through our fears and falls.
When we stop caring what people think about us we lose our capacity for connection. But when we are defined by it we lose the courage to be vulnerable. In this workshop we will be looking at how to embody the postures in a way that feels good to YOU, allowing a space to rise where we can safely explore the connection between the body, mind and heart.
