HOLISTIC FITNESS & HEALTH RETREAT

Experience a symbiosis of Pilates, Yoga and holistic Workouts. The sessions will specifically mobilize, strengthen and stretch your body. Participants can also expect intensive full-body workouts in the water.

Included services:

  • Upon request: breakfast together
  • “Schwarz Kulinarik” with breakfast table, dinner and snacks, fruit, teas & soft drinks all day long
  • Pilates & Yoga equipment (mat, meditation cushions, yoga blocks) available for rent on location

The program is also ideal for families and couples to book even if only one person is participating. The minimum number of participants is 6 persons.

For single travellers half a double room can be booked.

Arrival is only possible on Thursday.

Booking is possible until 14 days prior to the retreat.

  • 7.45 am – 8.30 am – Aqua Fitness
  • 11.45 am – 12.45 pm – Pilates Abs & Butt
  • 4.30 pm – 5.30 pm – Yoga Twist & Rotation

Saturday

  • 7.45 am – 8.30 am – Aqua Fitness
  • 11.45 am – 12.45 pm – Pilates Arms & Abs
  • 4.30 pm – 5.30 pm – Yoga Flow

Sunday

  • 7.45 am – 8.30 am – Yoga/Pilates/Core –  an intense „best-of“
  • 8.30 am  – 9.00 am – Aqua Fitness
  • individual departure
