Various interval techniques are used to alternate strength and endurance to the limit, and also to train coordination and agility.
During and also after Boot Camp the metabolism runs at full speed, offering fat burning and performance increase at the maximum. At the same time muscles are being toned throughout the whole body. The training takes each participant to their individual limits – with variety and fun, in a maximum number of 10 participants!
