Are you a new mom and would like to get fit again quickly and feel comfortable in your changed body after having completed your postnatal recovery? You want to work out while your baby is with you and train with other motivated moms, not depending on a babysitter? Then our workout with baby classes are perfect for you!
Baby-Barre is considerate of the After-Baby-Body and offers an innovative and effective workout including elements fromballet, fitness and pilates. Arms, legs, buns
and abs are intensively worked out for one hour with visible results achievable in a short time. We work out to music, using small weights, balls and thera bands.
Baby-Yoga focuses on mobility as well as relaxation and awareness of your new body. The Yoga-Flows will revitalize you in no time.
The training takes place in small groups with a maximum of 8 participants, and your baby stays with you throughout the entire class!
A baby carrier is useful for the exercises at the Barre, otherwise you can put your baby on a mat in front of you on the floor, please bring a blanket, a nursing pillow or a Maxicosi.
The course is suitable for babys up to 12 months and will be taught by Heidi in English.
