Yoga & Core combines the strengthening of the center with the stretching of the whole body. Various techniques from Pilates and functional training are used to stabilize the core.
The Yoga Asanas are held for a long time with aids, especially for the legs and back. This class is the perfect mixture to strengthen the abdominal muscles and back and, at the same time, to give the body length and mobility. Yoga beginners are very welcome!
