Concentrated, highly effective training at stations such as the Keiser Functional Trainer, TRX or the pull-up bar, alternated with intensive endurance units.
Each station is adjustable to the individual fitness level of the participant so that the training demands of both women and men are met. With a maximum of 6 participants, the classs gives the impression of a personal training lesson, but with the motivation and fun of a group environment.
