Hi, I am Samira. I grew up here in Munich in a surrounding filled with sports and activity. My athletic parents encouraged me to love sports.
It didn’t have to be a specific discipline, but rather to love movement. No matter if it’s chasing after a ball, running a track or dancing to a beat. Different types of sports accompanied me growing up.
I did ballet, swam, track and field, jazz dance, capoeira, and horseback riding. I played tennis, mountain biked, sailed, played squash, jogged, played volleyball and just recently have I discovered my love for hiking.
I’ve been doing Barre-Fusion for four years and only recently saw myself as a teacher.
In 2018, I completed my teacher training at Studio.12 and immediately started teaching my own classes.
Whether you do sports to calm your thoughts, push yourself, gain energy, or build mental and physical strength, it is my personal goal to get the most out of the hour you give me.
