Then we have just the right thing for you. In this course, under the professional guidance of Barbara Luderer, you will learn how to balance your nervous system, relieve stress symptoms, and find peace and relaxation.
The exercises will help you to experience more balance in everyday life and to cope with stressful situations with inner peace.
The flowing movement sequences release tension and strengthen the body at the same time. Relaxation exercises and guided meditation train your body awareness. This way you learn to use your body as a reliable stress detector.
